  3. Add Lemon Juice and Olive Oil. Using a stick blender, and adding some saved liquid as required, blend until smooth and the required texture is achieved..
  4. Season with Salt & Pepper. Add grated Parmesan but it is optional. Drizzle with extra Olive Oil and enjoy with nice crusty bread or grilled flat bread..
